The brief was centred around raising awareness of Peel Ports Group’s Project Cargo capabilities, showcasing not just the scale of its operations, but the practical benefits for customers navigating complex, high-value and often unconventional cargo movements across a wide range of sectors.

This meant bringing to life the breadth of ports across the group, the specialist expertise on the ground, and the end-to-end services that support everything from heavy lift and abnormal loads to time-critical and technically demanding projects.

Crucially, the ambition was to move Peel Ports Group beyond the perception of a service provider, and towards a trusted project partner. One that understands the pressures, risks and ‘unknowns’ that come with Project Cargo logistics, and has the experience, infrastructure and people to manage them confidently.

We created a distinctive Project Cargo campaign identity supported by clear messaging and a flexible visual system. Central to the system was the use of a stylised brackets device that was designed to represent a ‘blank space’ that could be filled by whatever Project Cargo challenge a customer was facing. Oversized components, extreme weights, complex routes or unusual handling requirements all sit within the framework.

The brackets became a visual expression of Peel Ports Group’s approach to Project Cargo: adaptable, considered and built around the specifics of each project. Where others see constraints or complications, Peel Ports Group creates the structure that allows complexity to be handled safely, efficiently and with care.

Campaign materials spanned digital assets, print brochures, on-site signage, trade press advertising, and social media visuals - all under a unified Project Cargo - We care, we’re committed narrative.

All assets and collateral were created to show how Peel Ports Group brings together ports, people and expertise to support customers at every stage of a project - from planning and coordination through to execution and delivery.

The result is a confident, ownable Project Cargo platform that helps Peel Ports Group stand apart in a competitive market, reframing complexity as opportunity and reinforcing its position as a partner customers can trust with their most challenging cargo.
